Mailerguard, part of Trafficshare B.V., respects the privacy of whomever whose personal data are processed by Mailerguard, including specifically those of visitors and users of the website www.mailerguard.com (in the following referred to as ‘the website’). Mailerguard considers the diligent treatment of your personal data of great importance. Mailerguard will process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016).

Mailerguard processes the personal data you provide to Mailerguard yourself, such as in the event of:

To the extent the processing of personal data is based on permission obtained from you, you have the right at all times to withdraw this permission, without thereby impairing the legitimacy of the processing based on the permission prior to its withdrawal.

You can submit your request by e-mail (moc.draugreliam@troppuS) to Mailerguard. To make sure that the request was made by you, Mailerguard asks you to attach a copy of your ID to your request. Paint black your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the bar with numbers on the document), document number, and social security number (BSN) on this copy. In order to protect your privacy. Mailerguard responds as soon as possible, but in any event within four weeks, to your request.

You have the right to file a complaint to the monitoring agency of ‘Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens’ or in case you reside or are established in another country than the Netherlands, to the monitoring authority in that location.

Retention of personal data

Personal data is only kept by Mailerguard for as long as this is required in view of the purposes it was obtained for. Mailerguard implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data against loss and against any form of unlawful processing. These measures, also including encryption by way of a SSL-certificate, guarantee, taking into account the state of the art and the costs of the implementation, an appropriate level of security in view of the risks that the processing and the nature of the data that is to be protected entail. The measures are also directed at preventing the unnecessary processing of personal data.
